Founded in 2026 by Paul Deshaies, the company provides senior‑level engineering judgment on a flexible, fractional basis — giving integrators, building owners, and architects access to expertise exactly when they need it.

Paul Deshaies is a nationally recognized RF wireless engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience in designing, managing, and delivering inbuilding wireless systems. His background spans integrator‑side engineering management, distributor‑side channel leadership, and hands‑on DAS/ERRCS design across thousands of projects.

Before founding Deshaies LLC, Paul served as:
